National share reduction is a major event in China’s capital market. After the SFC decisively stopped issuing the “reduction of state shares according to Article 5 reduction measures,” it must seize the opportunity to introduce a new reduction plan as soon as possible. Otherwise, investors’ confidence and market stability will be affected.
