目的利用LC-Triple TOF仪器建立筛查食品/农产品中未知农药的分析方法。方法采用QuEChERS法对多种食品/农产品中残留的农药进行提取,PeakView软件全智能分析,对照每个化合物的TOF-MS质量精度及同位素分布情况,以及对照化合物TOF-MS/MS与标准品谱库,给出匹配度,对照化合物与标准品的保留时间,对化合物作出定性判断。同时利用MultiQuant软件对检出的化合物含量结果进行定量分析。结果该方法通过自动校正系统,能自动进行批校正,长时间内系统的准确质量数稳定,且该系统的质量准确度小于1 mg/kg。结论该方法满足对食品/农产品中农药残留的筛查检测要求,适用于检测部门的日常筛查工作。
Objective To establish an analytical method for screening unknown pesticides in food / agricultural products using LC-Triple TOF instruments. Methods The QuEChERS method was used to extract the residual pesticides from a variety of food and agricultural products. The PeakView software was used to analyze the TOF-MS quality and isotope distribution. Peak concentrations of TOF-MS / MS and standard spectra Library, gives the degree of matching, control compound and standard retention time, the compound to make qualitative judgments. At the same time, QuantQuant software was used to quantitatively analyze the detected compound content. Results The method automatically corrects the system and automatically calibrates it. The accurate mass of the system is stable over a long period of time, and the mass accuracy of the system is less than 1 mg / kg. Conclusion This method meets the screening requirements for pesticide residues in food / agricultural products and is suitable for daily screening of testing departments.
