作为学生和社会之间的一个桥梁,中专学校向社会各界输送了大批的人才。而在中专学校教育中,班主任作为连接家长、学校与社会的桥梁,起到了相当大的作用。目前我国的中专学校里,学生基本上处于青春期,处于从幼稚向成熟过渡的一个很重要的时期,辨别能力的不足,脆弱的心理承受能力,较强的叛逆心理等都是中专学生的特点。所以,在中专学校,如何创新班级管理机制,引导和学生全面健康发展,使之成为真正对社会有用的人才,是一个很重要的课题。
