随着社会的发展,技术的进步,异种金属焊接在工程应用中凸显出越来越重要的作用。但在这个过程中对流受热面异动金属焊接存在的焊缝缺陷越为普遍。一般两种不同的金属管系都应用于大部分的过热器或是输送蒸汽温度高达538℃及及其以上的再热器中,这样处于高温区时运用奥氏体不锈钢管系,低温区则是采用铁素体钢管系。这样的管系焊缝接头设计、焊接金属和焊接工艺都是有所区别。在焊接的交界面附近铁素体材料特别容易出现裂缝。本文主要对锅炉异种金属焊接的缺陷问题探讨和分析。
