目的分析健康宣教在乳腺癌病人治疗过程中的作用。方法入选2015年7月至2016年7月的乳腺癌患者86例,随机分成对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理同时给予针对性健康宣教护理干预。在治疗护理后,比较两组的治疗依从率和患者对乳腺癌相关知识的认知率。结果观察组的治疗依从率为93.0%,高于对照组的治疗依从率72.1%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组中患者对乳腺癌疾病的症状、自我监测、预防和治疗的知识的认知率均高于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论健康宣教应用于乳腺癌病人的治疗中可提高患者对乳腺癌相关的知识的认知度,增加患者对治疗配合度,提高治疗效果,可在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the role of health education in the treatment of breast cancer patients. Methods Totally 86 breast cancer patients from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given routine health care and targeted health education and nursing intervention. After treatment and care, the compliance rates of the two groups were compared with those of the patients with knowledge of breast cancer. Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.0%, which was higher than that of the control group (72.1%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The cognitive rate of the patients in the observation group on the symptoms, self-monitoring, prevention and treatment of breast cancer was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in the treatment of breast cancer patients can improve their awareness of breast cancer-related knowledge, increase the patient’s cooperation with the treatment and improve the therapeutic effect, which can be widely applied in clinic.
