目的了解银盐法检测水砷的含量水平,为确保新疆乌苏市的饮水安全提供科学依据。方法在国家《生活饮用水标准检验方法》GB/T 5750.6-2006二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银分光光度法(银盐法)的基础上通过改进、优化,提高精密度和准确度,定期检测乌苏市的水砷含量。结果选取低、中、高、高值稀释10倍(接近0.010 0 mg/L)水砷水平的标准品测定值均在标准值范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.05%~8.20%;监测水样加标回收率为89.00%~107.00%,方法检出限为0.008 0 mg/L,标准曲线为Y=0.030 3 X+0.000 7,线性范围为0.00~0.20 mg/L,相关系数r=0.999 7;129份水样中,87份水砷值小于0.010 0 mg/L,42份大于0.010 0 mg/L,其中37份大于0.050 0 mg/L;最小值为0.001 0 mg/L(原子荧光法测定),最大值为0.410 0 mg/L(水样稀释后测定)。结论改进后的银盐法能满足测定乌苏市高水砷含量的要求,但是乌苏市水砷的含量差别很大,测定水砷含量0.01 mg/L以下时本法的精密度和准确度都降低,建议使用原子荧光光度法,这样可为乌苏市的水砷监测提供更准确、可靠的数据。

Conclusion The improved silver salt method can meet the requirement of determining the arsenic content of high water in Wusu City, but the content of arsenic in water of Wusu City varies greatly. When the arsenic content in the water is less than 0.01 mg / L, the precision and accuracy of this method Are lower, it is recommended to use atomic fluorescence spectrometry, which can provide more accurate and reliable data for water arsenic monitoring in Wusu City.
