[目的]发掘海涂互花米草耐盐、水稻高产种质资源,创新互花米草与水稻正反远缘杂交适用方法。[方法]正交:水稻♀温汤杀雄剪颖授粉法、热气杀雄吸花授粉法;反交:互花米草♀剪颖去雄授粉法、连续去雄授粉法、温汤杀雄连续去雄授粉法。[结果]水稻♀热气去雄吸花授粉法比温汤杀雄剪颖授粉法结籽组合数提高34.09%,穗均结籽提高121.21%,出苗率提高60.07%,提高工效6-7倍;互花米草♀连续去雄授粉法比剪颖去雄授粉法结籽组合数增加3.14倍,穗均结籽增加4.21倍,出苗率提高68.47%,提高工效7-8倍。[结论]水稻♀热气去雄吸花授粉杂交法适用于水稻♀×互花米草♂;互花米草♀连续去雄授粉杂交法适用于互花米草♀×水稻♂。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the salt tolerance of Spartina alterniflora and the high yielding germplasm resources of rice, and to innovate the suitable method of crossbreeding between Spartina alterniflora and rice. [Method] Orthogonal: The method of killing rice by Xiong Wengyin decoction of pollination, the method of pollination by hot gas killing pollination, the method of pollination by anther pollination, the method of pollination, Male pollination method. [Result] The results showed that the number of seed combination increased by 34.09%, the average seed weight per seed increased by 121.21%, the emergence rate increased by 60.07% and the efficiency increased by 6-7 times. Spartina alterniflora continuous to the male pollination method than the male to male pollination seed combination number increased 3.14 times, spike average seed 4.21 times, the germination rate increased 68.47%, improve work efficiency 7-8 times. [Conclusion] This method was suitable for pollination of rice ♀ × Spartina alterniflora ♂. Spartina alterniflora continuous pollination pollination hybrid method was suitable for Spartina alterniflora × ♂ rice ♂.
