报道外科治疗先天性十二指肠梗阻34例，31例治愈，3例死亡。对先天性十二指肠梗阻的诊断、手术方式的选择及术后处理进行了讨论，认为早期诊断和治疗可减少死亡率，应针对不同病因采用不同术式。
Reported surgical treatment of congenital duodenal obstruction in 34 cases, 31 cases were cured, 3 died. The diagnosis of congenital duodenal obstruction, the choice of surgical approach and postoperative management were discussed. It is suggested that early diagnosis and treatment can reduce the mortality rate and different surgical procedures should be taken for different causes.
