目的:探讨甘精胰岛素在2型糖尿病患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:将我院2007年9月—2010年6月行外科手术治疗的114例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组55例采用中性鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素控制围术期血糖,观察组59例采用甘精胰岛素控制围术期血糖,比较两组的临床效果。结果:两组患者术前血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中及术后观察血糖水平均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.7%,略低于对照组的3.6%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素在2型糖尿病患者围术期中的应用效果更佳,且能够减少并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of glargine in patients with type 2 diabetes during perioperative period. Methods: One hundred and seventy-four patients with diabetes mellitus underwent surgical treatment from September 2007 to June 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received neutral protamine zinc insulin to control perioperative blood glucose. The observation group 59 Cases with glargine control perioperative blood glucose, the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in preoperative blood glucose levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). The blood glucose levels were significantly better than those in the control group during and after operation (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.7%, slightly lower than that in the control group (3.6%), the difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Glargine is more effective in patients with type 2 diabetes during perioperative period and can reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
