内燃机大、中修时,座瓦及连杆瓦的刮研是一项劳动强度大,技术性强的工作。我们设计制造了这台镗瓦机,代替手工刮研,提高了质量,显著加快了大中修的进度。镗瓦机结构简单,由机身、机架、主轴传动部分、进给部分及切削具组成(见图1)。机架可以升降和绕机身主柱回转,这是为适应所修理内燃机的不同机型,以及操作方便而设置的;工作时,由锁紧手柄把机架锁定。
When large and medium-sized internal combustion engines are being repaired, the scraping of seats and connecting rods is a labor-intensive and technically-intensive job. We designed and manufactured this machine to replace the manual scraping, improved the quality, and significantly accelerated the progress of the medium and large repairs. The jaw machine is simple in structure and consists of a fuselage, a frame, a spindle drive section, a feed section, and a cutting tool (see Figure 1). The frame can be lifted and swiveled around the main column of the fuselage, which is set to adapt to the different models of the internal combustion engine being repaired, and the operation is convenient; during operation, the lock handle is used to lock the frame.
