颈总(内)动脉钝性损伤,是罕见的口腔颌面部外伤或手术的并发症,可引起血管闭塞、同侧脑供血障碍等后果。作者对Metrol-Health医疗中心1993年8月~1995年7月间的颈动脉损伤病例进行回顾性调查,并对其损伤原因、Glasgow昏迷评分、损伤严重程度评分、损伤部位和类型、伴随损伤、诊断方法、治疗措施和结果进行了分析。 结果2年间共有12例颈总(内)动脉钝性损伤,根据受损原因分为两组。第1组10例,从3214例钝伤病例(其中头颈部钝伤823例)中筛选出来,占所有钝
The common (internal) blunt trauma of the neck is a rare complication of trauma to the oral and maxillofacial region, which can lead to vascular occlusion, ipsilateral cerebral blood supply disorders, and the like. The authors retrospectively reviewed the carotid injury patients at Metrol-Health Medical Center from August 1993 to July 1995 and analyzed the causes of injury, Glasgow coma score, severity of injury, location and type of injury, concomitant injury, Diagnostic methods, treatment measures and results were analyzed.
