适当的钙处理可明显减缓芒果来后的生理活动。芒果来后用氯化钙溶液做真空渗透处理,其呼吸高峰推迟出现,峰值降低;过氧化物酶、淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等酶活性上升的时间推迟。氯化钙浓度越高,作用效果越明显。但浓度过高,果实出现生理病害。试验结果表明,在20℃±0.5℃贮温时,氯化钙浓度以4.0%较为理想,既能有效地减缓芒果采后的生理活动,又不至于使果实发生生理病害。
Appropriate calcium treatment can significantly slow down after the physiological activity of mango. After the mango to do with calcium chloride solution infiltration, the respiration peak postponed, the peak decreased; peroxidase, amylase, polyphenol oxidase enzyme activity such as the rise of delay. The higher the concentration of calcium chloride, the more obvious effect. However, the concentration is too high, the fruit appears physiological disease. The results showed that when the temperature was stored at 20 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃, the optimal concentration of calcium chloride was 4.0%, which can not only effectively reduce the postharvest physiological activity but also prevent the physiological occurrence of the fruit.
