通过对冲裁件在板料上的排样优化问题的分析, 建立了基于两参数的冲裁件二维排样优化模型, 根据对其数学模型的分析, 提出了求解该问题的方法。由该方法求得到的优化解更趋近于冲裁件在板料上的排样优化的全局最优解。
Based on the analysis of the hedging optimization problem on blanks, a two-dimensional optimization model of blanking parts based on two parameters was established. According to the analysis of the mathematical model, a method to solve the problem was proposed. The optimal solution obtained by this method is closer to the global optimal solution of the blanking piece layout optimization on the sheet metal.
