福建省建宁县伊家乡于1988年初成立了乡村医生科技基金会。该会是在乡政府、上级业务主管部门及农村卫生协会领导下的群众卫生团体。会员是由乡、村两级卫生技术人员组成,包括乡村医生、卫生员、接生员、个体行医者及各村分管卫生工作的干部组成。该会的主要任务:1.落实乡政府初级卫生保健规划;2.加强村级卫生所的管理,要求有医有药有专人从事初级卫生保健工作;3.组织业务学习和有关技术训练;4.广泛开展健康教育,提高人民群众自我保健能力,每月出一期《健康教育》,印发各村民小组、村委干部及会员。组织乡村医生及会员订阅《中国初级卫生保健》杂志等报刊。
The Rural Doctors Science Foundation was established in Yijia Township, Jianning County, Fujian Province in early 1988. The association is a mass health group under the leadership of the township government, the superior business department, and the rural health association. Members are composed of health technicians at the township and village levels, including village doctors, health workers, birth attendants, individual practitioners, and village officials responsible for health work. The main tasks of the Association are: 1. To implement the primary health care plan of the township government; 2. To strengthen the management of the village clinics, and to require medical and pharmaceutical personnel to perform primary health care work; 3. To organize business learning and related technical training; 4 Extensively carry out health education, improve the people’s self-care ability, publish a monthly “Health Education”, and issue villagers’ groups, village committee officers and members. Organize rural doctors and members to subscribe to newspapers such as China Primary Health Care.
