随着改革开放,社会主义市场经济运行以来,中国经济取得了举世瞩目的发展,我们经历了企业重组改制的过程,越来越多的中小型民营企业雨后春笋般出现在市面上,为国民经济发展带来了新的力量,解决了广大民众的就业问题,然而,企业的持久经营与发展成为众多的企业管理人员广泛关注的话题,人力资源是企业生存与发展的重要支持力量。所以,加强对企业员工的培训,提高他们的工作能力与实践技能,对于提高企业的人力资源素质具有十分重要的意义。本文针对企业员工的培训工作展开讨论,分析了如何培训员工。
