餐饮店是细节关系成败的一个行业,可谓“天时、地利、人和”各个因素缺一不可。笔者总结了五个开店经验,准备开餐饮店的朋友可以借鉴。占地利,选个好位置。俗话说,店址差一寸,营业差一丈。好店铺就是人流、财流、信息流交换得最快、最活跃的地方。根据经验,一条南北对开的商业街,面南的要旺过面北的;东西对开的,面东的要旺过面西的。
