作者对前牙牙体缺损伴邻牙缺失者，采用铜基合金铸造桩核为桥基牙，制作双端桩核固定桥74例。本法融合了根内固位体和冠外固位体的优点，且无金属显露，美观效果好。通过追踪到的57例5年远期效果观察，114颗桩核中除2颗松动，1颗折断外，其余均稳固在位。桩核外树脂冠更换方便，还可为烤瓷冠等永久性修复提供基牙。文章对本法的制作要点，适应范围，美学原理临床应用等问题作了分析讨论。
The author of tooth defects in the anterior teeth with adjacent tooth missing, the use of copper-based alloy cast post core bridge abutment teeth, making double-ended post and core fixation bridge in 74 cases.
