烂爪(肢)病的症状:从河蟹步足的爪部开始腐烂,一直烂至步足基部,肢节中无肉,最后断肢,直至死亡。在放养初期发病严重,以后在捕捞中也常见到。 镜检结果:腐烂部位有大量弧菌、真菌。经查证,我们认为,烂爪的病因是由能分解几丁质(甲壳)的弧菌从河蟹伤口侵入造成,真菌感染后所产生。
Symptoms of rotten paw (limbs): Rot from the foot of the crab to the base of the foot, rotten to the base of the foot, without flesh in the limbs, and finally the severed limb until it dies. Serious in the early stocking, after fishing is also common. Microscopy results: a large number of rotting parts of Vibrio, fungi. After verification, we believe that the cause of rotten paw is caused by invagination of chitin that can break down chitin (carapace) from wounds of crab and fungi and produce after fungal infection.
