采用二维有限元技术,依据连铸机的生产条件,建立了板坯凝固过程传热模型。分析了影响连铸机板坯出机温度的主要因素,获得了拉速、过热度、水量对连铸坯出机温度的影响。通过分析钢水在整个凝固过程坯壳出口温度及厚度的变化规律,适当地提高拉速、控制二冷喷水量和关掉二冷末端冷却水能提高铸件温度。
Using two-dimensional finite element technology, according to the continuous casting machine production conditions, established the slab solidification process heat transfer model. The main factors influencing the exit temperature of continuous casting slab are analyzed. The effects of casting speed, superheat and water on the exit temperature of continuous casting slab are obtained. By analyzing the variation of temperature and thickness at the outlet of the shell during the whole solidification process, the casting temperature can be increased by appropriately increasing the casting speed, controlling the amount of secondary cooling water and turning off the secondary cooling water.
