We have reported that the domestic CSF-1A ultrasonic cleaning machine was used to process DNA molecules and achieved the same shearing effect as the CPS-1 probe-type ultrasonic comminution machine developed by British MSE and Shanghai First Medical, and the probe-type ultrasonic wave was avoided. The instrument may cause contamination due to extension of the horn into the solution. On the basis of the foregoing, we have further used this machine to conduct crushing tests on common biomedical products. Now we compare the experimental results with those of probe-type ultrasonic crushers and introduce them as follows: 1.
