普通的简易卷板机(非机动的)的三个主卷辊的支承转动部位均采用辊瓦结构(图1)。其主要缺点是卷辊与辊瓦的接触面积大,当有负荷时,摩擦力增大,操作费力。另一方面经长期使用后,在卷辊与辊瓦之间的润滑油与灰尘形成圬垢,这也会增加卷辊的转动阻力,而且还会磨损卷辊。为了改变这种缺陷,我们对它进行了改装,即取消了下边两个卷辊的辊瓦,用辊轮来支承卷辊,其结构见图2。改进后的卷板机有如下优点: 1.转动灵活、省力,相对地提高了工作效率。 2.辊轮采用了密封轴承,减少了圬垢对卷辊的磨
Roller-roof structure is used for the supporting rotating parts of the three main rolls of ordinary simple rolling machine (non-motorized) (FIG. 1). The main disadvantage is that the contact area between the roll and roll is large, when there is a load, the friction increases, the operation is laborious. On the other hand, after long-term use, the lubricant between the roll and roll covers forms dirt with dust, which also increases the rotational resistance of the roll and also abrades the roll. In order to change this kind of defect, we have modified it, that is to cancel the roller bearing of the lower two rolls and use the rollers to support the roll. The structure is shown in Fig.2.
