目的:探讨覆盆子乙醇提取物(Ethanol extracts of raspberry,ERC)对血管舒张功能及血流动力学的影响。方法:通过大鼠离体血管功能实验,观察ERC对血管舒张功能的影响。麻醉家兔后,行左心室插管术、股动脉插管术,记录给药前后,家兔的心肌收缩性能与血流动力学指标。结果:内皮完整组的大鼠胸主动脉环舒张作用强于内皮去除组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家兔给药后的收缩压、舒张压与平均动脉血压均低于给药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药后家兔的心率减慢、左心室内压最大上升速率明显低于给药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ERC具有内皮依赖性舒张血管的作用,同时可改善心功能、减缓心率、降低心肌收缩力,降压效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of rapeberry ethanol extract (ERC) on vasodilation and hemodynamics. Methods: The effects of ERC on vasodilatation were observed by rat isolated vascular function test. After anesthetized rabbits, left ventricular catheterization and femoral artery catheterization were performed. The contractile performance and hemodynamic parameters of the rabbit before and after administration were recorded. Results: The thoracic aortic rings in the intact endothelium group were significantly more than those in the endothelium group (P <0.05). The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial blood pressure The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After administration, the heart rate of rabbits slowed down and the maximum rate of increase of left ventricular pressure was significantly lower than that before administration (P <0.05). Conclusion: ERC plays an important role in endothelium-dependent vasodilation. At the same time, ERC can improve heart function, slow down heart rate, decrease myocardial contractility and reduce blood pressure.
