本刊讯 特邀通讯员 贾立才 为贯彻国家经贸委《“九五”全国设备管理工作纲要》和1995年全国建筑机械设备管理工作会议精神,建设部建筑业司1997年4月17～19日在厦门召开全国施工企业设备管理工作座谈会,中国建筑业协会建筑机械设备管理分会1997年年会同时召开。 建设部建筑业司吴之乃副司长做题为“强化管理,规范行为,培育市场,推进改革”的报告。对近一年多的建筑机械设备管理工作进行了回顾和总结,就当前面临的形势和1997年建筑机械设备管理工作提出了九项任务和四条具体要求。（讲话详细内容另发）
The journalist Jia Licai, the special correspondent, has implemented the “Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Equipment Management Work” of the State Economic and Trade Commission and the spirit of the National Conference on Construction Machinery and Equipment Management in 1995. The Construction Industry Department of the Ministry of Construction was in Xiamen from April 17 to 19, 1997. The symposium on the equipment management of construction enterprises across the country was convened, and the 1997 annual meeting of the Construction Machinery and Equipment Management Branch of China Construction Association was held at the same time. Wu Zhinai, deputy director general of the Construction Industry Department of the Ministry of Construction, made a report entitled “Strengthening Management, Standardizing Behavior, Cultivating Markets, and Promoting Reform”. Over the past year, the management of construction machinery and equipment has been reviewed and summarized.
