在培养基条件下用西芹腐根乙醇、丙酮和蒸馏水浸提液,连续5代处理黄瓜枯萎病菌,研究其对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感作用及温室人工接种致病力变化情况,以筛选黄瓜枯萎病菌的弱毒菌株。结果表明,腐根乙醇浸提液处理的黄瓜枯萎病菌菌落直径每一代在培养144 h时的化感作用效果分别是55.5%、45.5%、49.8%、53.7%、44.0%,与对照差异极显著,黄瓜枯萎病病情指数由第1代的43.0%降至第5代4.2%。腐根丙酮浸提液处理菌落直径每一代在培养144 h时的化感作用效果分别是23.1%、28.2%、24.3%、23.3%、19.3%,与对照差异极显著,病情指数由35.0%降至3.3%;腐根蒸馏水浸提液处理菌落直径每一代在培养144 h时的化感作用效果分别是9.7%、5.1%、7.4%、3.3%、2.8%,与对照差异不显著,病情指数由57.0%降至19.2%。据此确定第5代的腐根乙醇和丙酮浸提液处理的黄瓜枯萎病菌为弱毒菌株,其致病力稳定性均表现为良好。
