目的分析囊性肾癌的CT表现,以提高其诊断准确性。方法分析15例经手术病理证实的囊性肾癌的CT表现,并与病理检查结果对照。结果肿瘤位于右肾8例,左肾7例;单囊4例,多囊8例,囊实性肿块3例;囊壁厚薄不均12例,壁结节7例;囊内絮条状增强9例。增强扫描囊壁、壁结节及实质成分中等以上强化,诊断准确率为73%。结论囊性肾癌的CT表现有一定的特征性,螺旋CT对囊性肾癌有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the CT findings of cystic renal cell carcinoma in order to improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods CT findings of 15 cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed and compared with the results of pathological examination. Results The tumor was located in the right kidney in 8 cases and in the left kidney in 7 cases. There were 4 cases of single capsule, 8 cases of multi-capsule and 3 cases of cystic solid mass. There were 12 cases of uneven wall thickness and 7 cases of wall nodules. 9 cases. Enhanced scan of the wall, wall nodules and more than moderate enhancement, the diagnostic accuracy was 73%. Conclusion Cystic renal cell carcinoma has a certain CT features, spiral CT of cystic renal cell carcinoma has a higher diagnostic value.
