用刮取法制备小鼠单个肠腺细胞悬液。同系小鼠经30Gyγ线全身照射,照后2~4h内剖腹,将0.4ml肠腺细胞悬液(含有约7×10~8个细胞)注入3cm长的一段空肠内,注入时这段空肠的两端被轻轻夹住,1min后松夹,缝合腹壁。实验结果表明照射对照段空肠于72h后已无再生肠腺,而注入段空肠仍有80彩的肠腺存在,肠腺内可见未分化细胞。以14Gyγ线照射小鼠腹部的实验表明,这些新形成的肠腺在小鼠受照射并注入肠腺细胞悬液3天以后仍持续存在。
Single mouse gut cell suspension was prepared by scraping. Syngeneic mice were exposed to 30 Gy of γ-rays and cesarean sections were performed within 2 to 4 hours after irradiation. 0.4 ml intestinal gland cell suspension (containing about 7 × 10 -8 cells) was injected into a 3-cm section of jejunum. When injected, Side gently grip, 1min after the loose clip, suture the abdominal wall. The experimental results show that irradiation control segment of jejunum has no regenerative gland in 72h, while the injection section of jejunum is still 80-color gut gland, undifferentiated cells can be seen in the gland. Experiments with 14 Gy gamma rays in the abdomen of mice showed that these newly formed gut glands persisted after 3 days of irradiation and injection of glandular cell suspensions in mice.
