随着社会的发展,为满足全球性人才竞争的需要,培养高素质的国际化复合型人才成为摆在教育面前的重要课题,也是学校教育的重要任务,为此,吉林省永吉县朝鲜族第一中学依据朝鲜族学校的优势和特点提出了“以语言教学为突破口,全面实施成才教育”的办学理念。从2002年开始,在原有朝、汉两种语言的双语教学模式基础上,经过严格的可行性论证,进行了朝、汉、日、英“四语并进式”双语教学改革实验,受到了社会的首肯和家长、学生的欢迎。
