研究了在热作模具钢4Cr_3MoV的基体上等离子喷焊CH—01耐热合金粉后的焊缝组织和物相组成并测量了焊缝各部分的硬度。结果表明:焊缝由焊层、结合层和基体三部分组成。焊层组织由表及里为枝晶区和柱状晶区,它们是由共晶体和镍基固溶体组成,并有弥散分布的金属间化合物存在。结合层由白亮区和脱碳层组成,白亮区是α-Fe固溶体和镍基因溶体组成,并有碳化物强化相分布在固溶体中,脱碳层是基体碳向结合层扩散的结果。结合层具有良好的冶金结合,对基体无任何有害的影响。
The microstructure and phase composition of the weld after plasma spraying CH-01 heat-resistant alloy powder on the substrate of hot work die steel 4Cr_3MoV was studied and the hardness of each part of the weld was measured. The results show that the welding seam consists of three layers: welding layer, bonding layer and matrix. The microstructure of the weld layer consists of dendrites and columnar domains, which are composed of eutectic and nickel-based solid solutions and have a diffusive intermetallic compound present. The bonding layer is composed of a white light region and a decarburized layer. The white light region is composed of an α-Fe solid solution and a nickel-based solid solution. The carbide-strengthening phase is distributed in the solid solution. The decarburized layer is a result of diffusion of the matrix carbon into the bonding layer. The bonding layer has good metallurgical bonding without any detrimental effect on the substrate.
