在仪器仪表制造中,有时会遇到一些异形齿廓齿轮的加工问题。对这类异形齿廓齿轮的加工,由于没有与之啮合的共轭齿形存在,所以不能用展成滚切法加工。生产中往往采用仿形法或成型滚切法加工。前者生产效率和加工精度低。后者,用单齿飞刀或多齿单圈成型滚刀。这类刀具结构简单,制造成本低,对新产品试制和小批生产较为适宜。但在大量生产中这些刀具精切齿磨损快,寿命达不到要求。为解决这个问题,本文介绍一种组合成型滚刀(如图1所示)。
In the manufacture of instrumentation, sometimes encounter some profile gear profile processing problems. The processing of such shaped tooth profile gear, because there is no meshing with the existence of conjugate teeth, it can not be developed by roll cutting method. Production is often the use of profiling or forming cut method of processing. The former production efficiency and processing accuracy is low. The latter, with a single tooth cutter or multi-tooth lap forming hob. This type of cutter has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and is suitable for trial production and small-batch production of new products. However, in a large number of production of these tools, precision tooth wear fast, life expectancy less than the requirements. To solve this problem, this article describes a combination of forming hob (Figure 1).
