In recent years, some well-known scenic spots and nature reserves in the country have been repeatedly reported in the newspapers for the destruction of the local environment caused by the stationing of individual film and television crew. On the one hand, the economic benefits brought by such “scenic film and television” to the local area are indeed obvious. On the other hand, the damage to the local environment is even more distressing. At present, the relevant environmental laws and regulations in China do not have perfect norms for the photography of such scenic spots. Therefore, this article intends to give some advice on how to improve the relevant environmental legislation in China based on such environmental destruction incidents.
