本文描述了真空光电探测器原理、结构和应用于T_e~100eV的Tokamak装置上测量软X射线起伏的情况。结果表明:在T_(e0)~110eV左右即可测得稳定的软X射线信号;并且可以得到典型的m=0,n=0内破裂锯齿信号和低模数MHD扰动信号;以及观测破裂不稳定性和外加螺旋场的作用。
This paper describes the principle and structure of a vacuum photodetector and the measurement of soft X-ray fluctuations on a Tokamak device with T_e ~ 100eV. The results show that the stable soft X-ray signal can be measured at about T e0 ~ 110 eV, and the typical cracked sawtooth signal and low-modulus MHD perturbation signal with m = 0, n = 0 can be obtained.
