病例:男,27岁,农民,住院号4117。1973年1120月10日因咯血、眼睑浮肿10天入院。入院前10天始咯血,晨间眼睑浮肿,乏力,时有腰痛,不发热,无尿频、尿急、尿痛。既往无类似病史,亦无关节炎及慢性咳嗽史。入院时检查:体温36.8℃,脉搏78次/分,血压130/80毫米汞柱。神志清楚,营养中等。眼睑浮肿,巩膜不黄。皮肤、粘膜无出瘀血点。心律齐,无杂音。肺部在右腋下及右背部闻少许水泡音。腹壁软,肝脾未扪及,肾区叩击痛。余均正常。
Case: Male, 27 years old, farmer, hospital number 4117. 1973 1120 on the 10th due to hemoptysis, eyelid edema admitted to hospital for 10 days. Hemoptysis 10 days before admission, morning eyelid edema, fatigue, sometimes low back pain, no fever, no urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria. No history of similar past, nor history of arthritis and chronic cough. Admission examination: body temperature 36.8 ℃, pulse 78 beats / min, blood pressure 130/80 mm Hg. Conscious, nutritious. Eyelid edema, sclera is not yellow. Skin, mucous membrane without bleeding points. Qi heart, no noise. The lungs smell a little blisters on the right armpit and right back. Abdominal wall soft, liver and spleen not palpable, peritoneal pain area. I was normal.
