蜂肽是从蜂毒中分离出来以多肽溶血毒Melittin(或称蜂针素)为主的制剂,已除去了蜂毒中引起过敏的高分子量组份——透明质酸酶及磷酯酶A_2。国外类似的制剂有英国BVV药厂的Melittin,苏联的Aplite。为了进一步探索蜂毒应用的医疗途径,几年来我们在对蜂毒的主要分离组份——蜂肽进行了分子量测定,氨基酸顺序分析,N-端测定并与Melittin标准品(美国SIGMA公司)对照一系列生化实验的基础上,开展了抗幅射,抗凝血,抗炎症、抗细菌(尤其是对青霉素有抗药性的金黄葡萄球菌)、抗
