由于有机非线性光学晶体具有非线性系数大,光损伤阈值高,和响应速度快等特点,受到人们的重视.本文拟报道L-精氨酸3,5-二硝基苯甲酸加合物(简称LA35DNBA)的单晶生长,元素组成,晶体形貌,晶体结构,透过波段,热化学分析和非线性光学性能的测定.按化学计量摩尔比1:1将L-精氨酸(LA)和3,5-二硝基苯甲酸(3,5DNBA)在水和乙醇的混合溶液中进行化合,可得到1:1加合物,产物经重结晶后作为培养单晶原料.
Due to its large non-linear optical coefficient, high optical damage threshold and fast response, organic non-linear optical crystals have attracted more and more attention.In this paper, L-arginine 3,5-dinitrobenzoate adduct (LA35DNBA), the elemental composition, the crystal morphology, the crystal structure, the transmission band, the thermochemical analysis and the determination of the nonlinear optical properties were studied.L-Arginine (LA) was stoichiometrically mixed at a molar ratio of 1: And 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid (3,5DNBA) were combined in a mixed solution of water and ethanol to obtain a 1: 1 adduct. The product was recrystallized and used as a raw material for culturing single crystal.
