通过标记硫酸铵的对天然硫酸铵的交叉污染,研究K氏定氮仪冷凝器对NH3的吸附解吸附规律,并比较了不同表面积冷凝器的吸附解吸附规律。结果表明:K氏定氮仪对NH3的吸附量主要取决于冷凝器的表面积,表面积愈大吸附量愈高;吸附于冷凝器表面NH3的解吸附量和解吸附率随蒸馏次数的增加而逐渐减少,其中第1次的解吸率最高,为36.88%~37.91%。
Through the cross-contamination of natural ammonium sulfate by ammonium sulfate, the adsorption and desorption of NH3 by Kjeldahl condenser were studied, and the adsorption and desorption laws of different surface area condensers were compared. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of NH3 by Kjeldahl apparatus mainly depends on the surface area of the condenser. The larger the surface area is, the higher the adsorption capacity is. The desorption amount and desorption rate of NH3 adsorbed on the condenser surface decrease with the increase of distillation times , Of which the first desorption rate was the highest, 36.88% ~ 37.91%.
