TRH微量注入下丘脑弓状核(ARC)引起胃运动明显增强;胃运动频率由微量注射前3~4次/min增快至6~7次/min;胃内压由0.53±0.08kPa上升至1.5±0.6kPa,P<0.001。胃运动变化潜伏期8~10s,胃运动变化持续40~50min才恢复正常。肌肉注射心得安、酚妥拉明不改变TRH微量注入ARC对胃运动的影响。而肌肉注射阿托品和双侧迷走神经切断可阻断TRH微量注入ARC对胃运动的增强效应。本实验结果提示TRH微量注射到ARC可能经由迷走神经传出,其效应可能由M—胆碱能受体实现。
The microinjection of TRH into the arcuate nucleus (ARC) of the hypothalamus caused a significant increase in gastric motility; the frequency of gastric motility increased from 3 to 4 times / min before microinjection to 6 to 7 times / min; the intragastric pressure increased from 0.53 ± 0.08 kPa to 1.5 ± 0.6 kPa, P <0.001. Stomach changes in incubation period of 8 ~ 10s, gastric motility changes continued for 40 ~ 50min before returning to normal. Intramuscular injection of propranolol, phentolamine did not change TRH microinjection of ARC on gastric motility. Intramuscular injection of atropine and bilateral vagotomy blocked the enhanced effect of TRH microinjection of ARC on gastric motility. Our results suggest that microinjection of TRH into ARC may occur via the vagus nerve and its effect may be mediated by M-cholinergic receptors.
