环境正义是当代环境伦理中的核心问题,其要义是环境资源利用(作为一种权利)与环境资源保护(作为一种责任)之间的正义承认和公正分配问题。这显然超越了现代人和现代社会业已习惯的民族、国家乃至政治地缘的界限而成为具有真实意义的全球化问题。具而言之,环境正义所涉及的权利与责任议题,包括不同群体、不同国家和不同区域之间的差异与争执,也包含了代际、群际和人际之间的差别和歧见,仅仅是这些问题已经足以让现代人头痛不已了,若再加引申、衍化并追而问之,肯定会使我们生出不可承受之重!
