大連玻璃厂在部局和地方党委的正确領导下,依靠群众,健全制度,加强管理,在处理积压物資和防止新的物資积压方面做出了显著成績。到今年6月末,已处理了原有积压物資的83.7%;从1962年清仓核資到現在两年多中,沒有出現新的物資积压;原燃材料占用的儲备資金也大大减少,今年比去年年初就降低了32%。
Under the correct leadership of the Departmental Bureau and the local party committee, the Dalian Glass Factory has relied on the masses, improved the system, and strengthened management. It has made remarkable achievements in dealing with backlogs of materials and preventing the backlog of new materials. By the end of June of this year, 83.7% of the original backlog had been disposed of; from the clearance of nuclear assets in 1962 to more than two years now, no new backlog of materials has been recorded; the reserve funds used for raw materials have also been greatly reduced, compared with last year. It was reduced by 32% at the beginning of the year.
