5TZ-900小型轴流式脱粒机是由徐州农业机械厂研制的,于1984年投入批量生产。该机采用人工切向(横向)全喂入,螺旋橡胶纹杆闭式滚筒脱粒分离,切向排草,气流清选。它的结构如图示。作业时,作物由人工从喂料口喂入,作物在脱粒室内作螺旋运动,并受凹板和螺旋橡胶纹杆的打击、碾压、碰撞、搓擦等综合作用,使籽粒分离下来。茎秆由排草口沿切向排出,脱出物(籽粒、碎茎秆、糠皮)由凹板经溜斗漏下后,被风机气流吹除糠皮、碎茎秆等杂物,籽粒落入集粮斗内。
