对于高等职业院校而言,其教师队伍是否有着足够强烈的科研意识,直接决定了高职学校的科研工作是否能够顺利进行。本文对高职学校教师的科研意识进行分析,并在此基础上,提出了提升高职学校教师科研意识的可行思路。
For higher vocational colleges, whether their teachers have a strong enough sense of scientific research directly determines whether the research work in higher vocational schools can proceed smoothly. Based on the analysis of scientific research consciousness of teachers in higher vocational schools, this paper puts forward some feasible ideas to enhance teachers’ scientific research awareness in higher vocational schools.
