目的识别和分析某粮食码头可能产生的职业病危害因素,预测其危害程度,找出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法通过类比法、经验法和综合分析法等方法进行评价。结果粮食码头在生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素有谷物粉尘、噪声、高温等。类比企业的检测结果表明:粉尘的短时间接触浓度为0.7~45.0 mg/m3、超标率为23.3%;个体时间加权浓度为2.2~8.7 mg/m3,超标率为66.7%。输送机械工接触噪声8 h等效声级为88.7~92.2 d B,超出职业接触限值的要求。高温和工频电磁场的检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论粮食码头项目的主要危害因素是粉尘、噪声,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制点加强防治工作。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards that may occur in a food terminal, predict the degree of harm, and find out the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods By analogy, experience and comprehensive analysis of methods such as evaluation. Results Food wharf in the production process may exist occupational hazards are grain dust, noise, high temperature and so on. The test results of analogous enterprises showed that the short-term exposure concentration of dust was 0.7-45.0 mg / m3, the over-standard rate was 23.3%, the individual time-weighted concentration was 2.2- 8.7 mg / m3, and the exceeding standard rate was 66.7%. The 8 h equivalent sound pressure level of mechanical contact noise was 88.7-92.2 d B, exceeding the requirements of occupational exposure limits. High temperature and power frequency electromagnetic field test results are in line with the requirements of national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The main hazard factor of the wharf project is dust and noise. Prevention and control should be strengthened from the key control points where occupational hazards occur.
