文章综述了健康对产出和效用的影响的相关研究。健康对个人的重要性毋庸置疑,然而健康对宏观经济的影响还未能得到一致的令人信服的结论。健康进入效用函数也具有直觉上的合理性,但是健康如何影响效用在学术界也未能达成共识。3个可能的前进方向是:(1)使用更多的微观数据来证实健康对个人收入的影响机制以及各种机制下影响程度的大小;(2)在一般均衡的框架下分析各种机制的共同作用;(3)克服测度状态依赖性时面临的困难,更可信的估计状态依赖性的符号的大小。
The article reviews the research on the effects of health on output and utility. There is no doubt about the importance of health to individuals, yet the impact of health on the macroeconomics has yet to reach a consistent and convincing conclusion. Intuitive utility of health into the utility function also has intuitionistic rationality, but how the health affects the utility also can not reach the consensus in the academia. The three possible directions of progress are: (1) more micro-data are used to confirm the impact of health on personal income and the magnitude of impact under various mechanisms; (2) the impact of various mechanisms on the general equilibrium (3) to overcome the difficulties faced in measuring state dependence and to more crediblely estimate the size of state-dependent symbols.
