针对我国法学专业传统教学注重知识传授,忽视学生法学思维能力的养成,我们经过多年的教学改革实践,对专业必修课《劳动法学与社会保障法学》、专业实践课《劳动法疑难案例评析》以及本科生项目研究“导师制”培养等各个教学环节深化教学方法改革,将法学思维能力的养成作为卓越人才培养的重要目标,通过教学方法的多元化创新,形成一套从培养、训练学生的认知能力,理解能力到综合应用和自主创新能力梯级递进提升的课程教学方法体系,不仅充分调动了教师创新教学的积极性,还激发了学生自主学习、积极思考的热情,提高教学效果,积累了法学卓越人才培养的理论与实践经验。
