我们88年曾从潞党参中提取得到了一种党参的专属成分——党参甙Ⅰ(韩桂茹.中国中药杂志1990;15(2):41)。为有效控制党参质量,我们曾用薄层层析-紫外分光光度法对党参甙Ⅰ进行了定量研究(韩桂茹.中国中药杂志1990;15(9):41)。为使方法更简便,准确,又采用薄层扫描法对党参中的党参甙Ⅰ成分进行了定量分析。
In 88 years, we extracted an exclusive component of Codonopsis from Codonopsis pilosula-Dangshen I (Han Guiru. Chinese Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 1990;15(2):41). In order to effectively control the quality of Codonopsis, we have conducted a quantitative study of Codonopsis pilosula I by thin layer chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometry (Han Guiru. Chinese Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 1990;15(9):41). In order to make the method more convenient and accurate, a quantitative analysis of the I-components of Codonopsis pilosula in Codonopsis pilosula was made using the thin-layer scanning method.
