在经济发展的过程中,劳动分工与交易的出现带来了激励问题,从而至十九世纪中叶开始就相继出现了多种具有代表性的激励理论。这些理论在组织管理中对员工积极性的调动有着重要的指导意义,在高职院校科研管理中,只有针对性地运用一种或结合使用多种激励理论,充分发挥各种激励措施的综合优势,才能达到良好的激励效果。
