现将我院自1981年至1983年使用冷冻仪治疗头颈恶性瘤28例小结如下: 资料分析 冷冻仪:我们应用英国制造的Spembly Cryo-surgery System Type DFS30,该机有自动控温及迅速复温装置,配有微型电偶针对组织测温,可调压力表,读数由0～60磅/时~2,工作压力为35～38磅/吋~2。配有耳鼻喉科,普通外科和妇科专用冷头。可以直接接触致冷及直接喷射液氮致冷,工作物质为液氮。 临床病例:本组28例中,男22例,女6例,年龄最小26岁,最大75岁,40—69岁22例(占78.5％)。 病灶部位及病理类型。本组位于软腭9例(鳞癌
