用数字特斯拉计测量了不对称式稀土永磁定向磁铁的轴向磁场分布曲线。该磁铁与目前普通使用的对称式磁铁相比,有较高定向场和较小反向有害场,所涂磁带的矩形比 Br/Bs 和定向比 OR 均有提高。对磁铁的测试结果表明,磁铁的磁间隙和长、短极间距的变化只影响定向场强度,所用磁体的性能不但影响定向场,且与反向有害场密切相关。磁体排列方式适宜,可极大地改善磁铁横向场的均匀性。在磁铁的出口侧增加磁性板可有效地降低反向场。
Axial magnetic field distribution curves of asymmetric rare earth permanent magnet oriented magnets were measured with a digital tesla meter. Compared with the commonly used symmetrical magnets, this magnet has a higher directional field and a smaller reverse harmful field. The squareness ratio Br / Bs and orientation ratio OR of the coated magnetic tape are improved. The test results of the magnets show that the change of the magnetic gap and the distance between the short and the short poles of the magnet only affects the directional field strength. The performance of the magnets used not only affects the directional field, but also is closely related to the reverse harmful field. Magnets arranged in a suitable manner, can greatly improve the uniformity of the lateral field magnet. Adding a magnetic plate on the exit side of the magnet effectively reduces the reverse field.
