目的了解杭州市中小学校的学生身心健康管理现状,为制定中小学生身心健康管理有效策略提供依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,抽取9所中小学校(包括公办、民办)1580名学生、338名教师和132名管理人员进行问卷调查,并召开座谈会。结果教师与管理人员对学生身心健康管理重要性认识程度较高;学校规章制度和预案基本健全,但宣传、学习不够;学生身心健康管理和突发卫生事件预防处理知识培训有所重视和加强,但管理人员和教师仍然感到专业知识缺乏。结论学校要加强组织学习,不断提高教师和管理人员的学生身心健康管理意识和能力;在师范类学生培养中增加“预防医学”、“健康管理”和“突发公共卫生防制策略”知识的课程;改革健康教育方法,运用比较形象或模拟训练,提高教学效果。
Objective To understand the status quo of physical and mental health management of primary and secondary school students in Hangzhou and to provide basis for effective strategies of primary and secondary school students’ physical and mental health management. Methods By stratified sampling, 1580 students from primary and secondary schools (including public and private), 338 teachers and 132 managers were selected for questionnaire survey and a symposium was held. Results Teachers and managers have a high level of awareness of the importance of students’ physical and mental health management. The school rules and regulations and plans are basically sound, but the publicity and learning are inadequate. The knowledge and training of students in physical and mental health management and emergency health incident prevention and treatment have been given more attention and strengthened. However, managers and teachers still feel a lack of expertise. Conclusions The school should strengthen organizational learning and constantly improve the teachers ’and administrators’ awareness of physical and mental health management and their ability. In the training of normal students, they should increase the number of “preventive medicine”, “health management” and “public health emergency prevention System strategy ”knowledge of the curriculum reform of health education methods, the use of comparative image or simulation training to improve teaching effectiveness.
