就目前国内的事业单位财务管理改革状况来看,有一定的改革成果体现,但是总体的财务状况仍存在着预算不明、执行不严、内容混乱、制度不健全、整体法律意识和财务管理素质不高的情况,本文主要阐述事业单位财务管理的主要任务和意义,分析国内事业单位财务管理中所存在的问题,依据目前存在的问题提出相应的财务管理改进方案。
