自主管理是指学生独立、主动地按照社会的期望对个人的行为调控的过程,小学生的全员性自主管理即由全体学生参与并且对某些班级事务具有自主决策权,不只是少数干部同学参与。其目的是在班级管理中充分调动全体学生的积极性和主动性,努力创设使全体学生在班级事务处理中自己做主的氛围,让学生作为管理者、决策者、评价者参与管理,从而促进学生自主管理能力的提升与班级的和谐发展。
Self-management refers to the process of students’ independent and initiative regulation of individual behavior according to the expectation of the society. The self-management of full-time students is composed of all the students and has independent decision-making power over some class affairs, not only the participation of a few cadres . Its purpose is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of all students in class management and strive to create an atmosphere in which all students make their own decisions in class matters so that students can participate as managers, decision makers and evaluators in order to promote student autonomy Improvement of Management Ability and Harmonious Development of Class.
